george takei ted talk
Students took notes on Japanese Internment in the right hand side of their notebook. Afterwards, students watched George Takei's Ted Talk about his experience in the internment camp. There is no additional assignment to go with the video. 

Tuesday

atomic bomb essay directions
atomic bomb documents
Students were given fill-in notes for the Pacific Theater, Part 1 and the Pacific Theater, Part 2. Even though there are fill-in notes, you still need to have two interactions with them in order for those notes to earn full credit. 

Afterwards, students were assigned the Atomic Bomb Essay along with the Atomic Bomb Documents. Please follow the directions carefully for both the essay and documents. ​

Wednesday

Counselors will be in for a presentation regarding your senior year/post-secondary options. If you missed it, there's no need to get anything.

Students were given some tips for their Atomic Bomb Essay. Afterwards, students had the period to work on annotating their Atomic Bomb Documents. ​
