Students took notes on Japanese Internment in the right hand side of their notebook. Afterwards, students watched George Takei's Ted Talk about his experience in the internment camp. There is no additional assignment to go with the video.

Tuesday
Mr. Marroquin is teaching today. Please see him for the work.
Wednesday

Students filled in notes on the Pacific Theater, parts 1 and 2. Despite being fill-in notes, students still need to interact with them for full points.

Afterwards, students were assigned the Atomic Bomb Essay as well as given the documents to be used for the essay. Please read the directions for the documents as well as the essay itself.

Thursday

Students were shown pictures from Hiroshima. Students were also given some tips for their Atomic Bomb Essay. Afterwards, students had a common assessment to complete and then had the rest of the period to work on annotating their Atomic Bomb Documents.

Students continued to work on annotating their Atomic Bomb Documents.
