Students took notes on 'Who Really Discovered America?' in the right hand side of their notebook. Afterwards, students finished their states/capitals map and it was stamped for full credit. 

​As a reminder, your states/capitals test is on Friday, August 30th. 

Tuesday

Students began working on the Coming to America DBQ using the SOAP Method on their yellow bookmark. The first documents was analyzed as a class (the example is posted in Document 1 Example). The rest was done individually or you can work with someone else. 

Wednesday

Students finished their Coming to America DBQ. It was stamped for full credit.

Students took notes on 'Philosophical Changes in the Colonies' in the right hand side of their notebook. Afterwards, students began to work on their American Revolution Storyboard. Please follow the directions and look at the example. This will go in the left-hand side of your notebook.

Students continued to work on their American Revolution Storyboard. It was stamped for full credit. Afterwards, students submitted Notebook Check 1 via Canvas. Please follow the Microsoft Lens directions. ALL notebook checks must be submitted as a singular PDF. if not, it will be a zero and you will need to resubmit. Also, check the Notebook Check List to make sure you are getting your full points.
