Monday
Students began the Progressive Era DBQ Essay Exam. Students were given the prompt as well as 10 documents to analyze. Students will have the opportunity to outline their essay today. If students have time, they can start writing it, however, they will have all period Tuesday to write their essay. This exam is an in-class exam. Due to the fact that I will be out for a few days the next couple of weeks, if a student misses today or Tuesday, they will have until 11/19 to make it up. Failure to do so will result in an automatic zero.
Tuesday
Students continued to work on their Progressive Era DBQ Essay exam. Yesterday, students received the prompt, outlined their essay and some may have begun writing it. Today, students will write/finish their essays. Students will not be given extra time other than the two days allotted to the essay exam.
Wednesday

Students were assigned the Advocacy Project. Please follow the directions closely. Students today will pick their groups as well as the topic they want to address. Only one topic per group. Students will have the rest of the week to work on this. It will be due Monday, November 15th by 11:59 p.m. NO LATE ADVOCACY PROJECTS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Website links will be submitted to Canvas, as well as a copy of their speech.
