Classroom Information

By clicking on the link to the right, you can view the syllabus and what is expected in this course.
Syllabus

In this course, each student will be required to have a notebook (I recommend one that is at least 120 pages). All classwork and notes will be completed using the notebook, unless otherwise stated. Notebook checks will happen every two weeks, on Friday's. Notebook grading policies can be viewed by clicking the link to the right.
Interactive Notebook

Occasionally, we do watch films with an 'R' rating. When that does happen, students will need to sign a permission slip. On the off chance a student loses the permission slip, they can be printed here. If a student is not allowed to watch the film, please let me know. An alternate assignment will be created.
Film Viewing Permission Slip

When analyzing documents in class or reading articles, students will either need to mark the text or use the SOAP method. Each student should have received a laminated bookmark to help them utilize those methods.
