the american homefront, part 1, lecture/notes
Students took notes on The American Homefront, part 1, in the right hand side of their notebook. We will continue these notes tomorrow. Afterwards, students worked on a rationing activity in groups. If you were absent, there is no need to make the activity up.

Students completed the rationing activity. Afterwards, students finished The American Homefront, part 2, notes. 

Wednesday

Students worked on the Role of Women Packet. Please follow the directions carefully. It will be turned in tomorrow by the end of the period.

Students continued to work on and turned in the Role of Women Packet.

Students watched WWII propaganda cartoons and analyzed the imagery and symbolism used. There is no assignment to complete with the cartoons, but students should take inspiration from the cartoons to prepare for their WWII Propaganda Posters. 

Students then submitted Notebook Check 2, via Canvas.
