Monday

Students took their WWII Quiz. If you were absent, you must make it up on your own time by Monday, February 10th. 

Tuesday

Students took notes on the American Homefront (slides 1-13) in the right hand side of their notebook. The notes will be finished up tomorrow. Afterwards, students were handed a copy of "How Much of Today's 'News' is Propaganda?" Students are to annotate the article following the Marking the Text Bookmark. Afterwards, in the left hand side of the notebook, students answered the question to go along with the article. 

Wednesday

Students finished the American Homefront Notes (slides 15-21). Afterwards, the propaganda response was stamped for full credit. 

Thursday

Students were given the Role of Women in WWII packet. Please follow the directions on the front of the packet. It will be turned in by the end of the period on Friday. Notebook Check 2 is due tomorrow. 

Friday

Students have the period to work on their notebook and the Role of Women in WWII packet. Both are due by the end of the period.
