Students continued to work on their Colonial Brochures.
Wednesday

Students received their phone chart number for the semester. As a reminder, students can put their phones up in the chart or charge their phones, but students will need to bring their own phone charger. Students turned in their Colonial Brochure to the teacher by the end of the period for full credit. Students were paired with two students from a different colonial region to learn more about those areas. The graphic organizer was filled out. Students will need to fill out their own section as well. The graphic organizer will not be stamped, as it is being turned in on Friday along with the rest of the notebook check.

Thursday
Students took their States/Capital test. The map will be randomly numbered from 1-50. Students will need to know where each state and capital goes on the map in order to earn full points. Students will receive a word bank for the states and capitals. If any student is absent, they need to make up the test by Friday, September 10th or it will be an automatic zero.
Friday
Students worked on and submitted Notebook Check 1 to Canvas.
