Students took notes on Reconstruction, part 1. We will finish the notes tomorrow. After, students worked in their groups on the Reconstruction Packet/Answer Sheet. Students will decide as a group whether or not African Americans were free during Reconstruction. ​

Tuesday

reconstruction, part 2, lecture/notes
Students finished their Reconstruction notes. Afterwards, students continued to work in their groups on the Reconstruction Packet, Answer Sheet and overall questions as to whether or not African Americans were free during Reconstruction. Groups will share their answers with the class. ​

Wednesday

gilded age jigsaw, assigned section
gilded age jigsaw, directions
Students were assigned the Gilded Age Jigsaw. Please take notes on your assigned section first before looking at the directions. ​

Thursday

Students worked on their Gilded Age Jigsaw. 

Friday

Students continued to work on their Gilded Age Jigsaw. Students turned in Notebook Check 3, via Canvas.
